Ryan Janecek is a strategy and operations leader with a decade of experience spanning management consulting, startup leadership, and early-stage advisory. Passionate about climate solutions and sustainable food systems, he co-founded Sunrise, a smart grocery delivery service that combined personalized nutrition planning with zero-waste, circular logistics. Previously, Ryan spent six years with KPMG in San Francisco, advising global tech companies including Salesforce, PayPal, Cisco, HP, and Tesla on operations, growth strategy, and M&A projects. He currently serves as a fractional operations leader and advisor for early-stage startups and is a recent Fellow at Climatebase, an accelerator program for leaders driving climate solutions. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with honors from the University of Notre Dame, with majors in Economics and Finance. He spends his free time outdoors—running, backpacking, golfing, and skiing—or at home reading, brewing coffee, and cooking plant-based dishes.
