More Information About GMOs and Monarch Butterflies

We received an email from our friends in Mexico with more information about GMOs and the decline in monarch populations. Let’s get this information out so everyone is aware of what is happening. Knowledge is power.

“I am attaching the letter, in English and Spanish, that Homero personally delivered to the Canadian and US Ambassadors and to Juan José Guerra (Secretary of SEMARNAT). I also attach three graphs that demonstrate the correlation between the increase in genetically modified herbicide resistant corn and soybean acreage and glyphosate herbicide usage in the US and the dramatic fall in monarch populations.
